Hi, Mike here. My father was an airline pilot flying the Trans-Pacific route, so I grew up in three countries. First Canada, then Japan for high school, then the United States. I've lived in Anchorage since 1975, and love it here.
I like to ride Singletrack in the summer, and cross-country ski in the winter. I love to travel to the far corners of the Earth, then bring it all back to share in a "Taste of...." intensive. And I'm crazy about coral reefs.
My wife Devron is Alaska Native, and works at the Performing Arts Center. Our son Connor attended Polaris for 12 years. He recently graduated from college with degrees in Chemistry & Biology. I'm thrilled that he and his girlfriend want to live here in Alaska with us.
